Susan was incredible! She was patient, kind and listened to all of my concerns as we looked for a place for my parents. She not only wanted to know about my parents health status but also about their interests, personalities and what was most important to them. Her knowledge and experience is invaluable. Ronda has tremendous knowledge of local facilities and was able to give us pros and cons of each. She had the facilities contact us and set up tours. She checked in with us on a regular basis. I strongly recommend her services.

We had already braved the world of finding a place for our mom on our own the first time and to say the least had a very difficult experience.
